The kids favorite thing to do in Oklahoma was feed the goats. Grandma Kelly lives next door to a large herd of goats, so she saves her kitchen scraps to feed the goats. Lilly and Davis loved this daily adventure to feed the goats and would talk about it until it actually happened. On the way back to Colorado, Davis had just woken up from an afternoon nap during a long car drive and began stammering half asleep, "Fee da doats, fee da doats." The first picture even shows Grandma Linda helping out with our favorite chore.
I am so blessed to have such beautiful, bright and engaging grandchildren! Lilly & Davis are friendly, simply ooze personality and are a pure joy to be around. (It was good seeing Jeff & Kelly as well.)
